AvailabilityShipping is available same day when order is received before 2:00PM CST, with most items currently in stock.
ShippingDomestic and International orders are shipped standard UPS unless otherwise specified. For orders shipped using the buyer’s UPS or Federal Express account number an additional $15.00 handling fee will be included. Orders paid by check or wire transfer will not ship until funds are deposited into our bank.

International OrdersInternational orders must be pre-paid via credit card, by check drawn on a U.S. bank, or by wire transfer. For wire transfer orders an additional fee of $37.50 will be added to cover money transfer costs between International and U.S. banks. Orders paid by check or wire transfer will not ship until funds are deposited into our bank. Buyer is responsible for all Duty, Value Added Taxes, and other import fees.
Alabama Sales TaxAlabama buyers please include applicable sales tax.
Returns and RefundsFDI products carry a 30-day money back guarantee. for an RMA number before returning any merchandise. All returns must be shipped prepaid and must be in resalable condition. For defective merchandise, FDI will test the product and refund based on the results. If no defects are found, there will be 25% restocking fee deducted from the customer credit.
