The fully automated Labview software allows the PC to operate this rack of complex RF and Audio test equipment directly. This allows the Functional Test to be correctly operated by a typical production worker rather than an expensive RF Test Engineer. Automating the task also speeds the production flow so that a VHF radio can now be fully tested and the results documented in only 90 seconds.
