Full-service Technical support

FDI now offers full-service technical support for design and development issues beyond our specific products.

At FDI we strive to fully support our entire product line. While our support is generally adequate to cover all customer questions that relate directly to our products, it is not possible for FDI to provide free technical support for other areas.

For example, many customers have general questions about XA microcontrollers, the I2C serial bus, designing with Flash memory, using interrupts, C compilers from various vendors or various other topics. This is especially true if customers are working in one or more of these areas for the first time and are experiencing the traditional “learning curve” with new designs.

While NXP Philips, Renesas, Freescale and many other vendors generally offer adequate technical support to address these areas, there are times when schedules or circumstances make it impossible or inconvenient to take advantage of this direct vendor technical support.

In order to address this additional support requirement, and based on feedback from several existing customers, FDI is now pleased to offer Full Service Design and Development Support for topics related to any of our products. This service offers you the option to buy as much or as little technical support as you require.
