I am basically using the USB-ICP-LPC9XX programmer to program a NXP P89LPC915 chip via FlashMagic.
The programmer worked fine and FlashMagic informed me a ‘finished’ after I click the ‘Program’ buttom. However my micro-controller did not seem to be programmed as I found the ports were not configured as Push-Pull or Quasi-bidirection, they actually remained high impedance where no current could flow. Whether should it be the problem of my codes compiled in Keil or anything wrong in the process of programming?

Please tell us the exact configuration settings you are using in Flash Magic along with your USB-ICP connection diagram.
We also need to know which version of Flash Magic you are using and the file format output you are getting from KEIL.
You can just email the screen captures of Flash Magic to [email protected].
Also go ahead and send that info in an email to the Flash Magic guys at https://www.flashmagictool.com/support.html. They might know more than we do about the problem you are seeing.

Once we get the info then we or they can help you as you are probably just missing 1 or 2 settings somewhere.
