The AR1100 Configuration Utility software does not properly detect the ELI device in Windows 10. The device will enumerate successfully and it shows up in the device manager. The AR1100 Configuration Utility will successfully change the device modes when proceeding past the first menu. However, once past the first menu and the utility begins, it reports that the device is not detected. We have also noticed that the USB Input driver seems to be a different version in Windows 10 than in Windows 7. We have attempted to restore the device to default settings, however, it gives us an error and claims \’Defaults may not have been restored\’. Any help regarding this issue would be appreciated.
