We recently purchased an ELI101-CPW from Mouser and all of the recommended cables to hook it up to a Windows 10 SBC from Versalogic (Raven board). When we hook the two up all we get on the ELI display are vertical lines of color. We have hooked the SBC up to a desktop monitor to verify functionality of it. Are there specific settings we need to achieve on the SBC to display on the ELI display?

Thank you for your interest in our product. I am sorry that you are running into difficulty.

We have not seen any difficulty driving the display using an Intel Atom (this is what is inside your Versalogic (Raven board)). We used Compute Sticks for our tests.

We use industry standard EDID to provide the required timing to the SBC. This allows us to work with every SBC that we have come across and both Windows 7/10 and Linux.

We do not have a Raven Board here. If you were to send us a board we could take a look at what it is doing and possibly get you up and running.
