      Answered:

We apologize for this, there is a simple fix for this; simply remove the housing from the JTAG connector on the ARM7DIMM by gently pulling on it with a pair of pliers. The black plastic housing will slide off the pins and subsequently allow the Segger cable to plug into the pins. Alternately, the plastic may be cut away, but extreme care must be taken no to damage the connector of the board.

Note: Future shipments of the ARM7DIMM have this corrected and there will be no compatibility issues.
