This portable, battery powered GPS tracking device contains motion sensing and audible/vibrator alarms. The SMT design uses double sided active components, Micro BGA technology and a 6-layer PCB with blind Microvias.
A custom dot matrix LCD and LiIon battery pack were developed for this application.
