Does the USB-ICP-LPC9xx support ISP programming of devices such as the P89LPC938?

No, the USB-ICP-LPC9xx ONLY supports ICP programming of LPC9xx devices.
Reason: The entry method and connectivity for ISP programming of the LPC9xx devices is totally different from ICP programming, hence the USB-ICP-LPC9xx cannot support both interfaces.
