Please see the release packages link here:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/uez/files/uez/v2.05/The release packages contains Jlink script files that will program binary images for you.
Using one of the pre-compiled binaries and J-link script you can re-flash the LPC with known working code.
Or you can just go ahead and open up the Crossworks/Keil/IAR project for the DK carrier then compile and program that code.
