We are evaluating the Embedded QT package using the Beaglebone as a reference design. I’ve connected an ELI70-CR to the device and am having problems with touch screen stability. After adding an export TSLIB_TSDEVICE=/dev/input/event1 I am able to calibrate the touch screen using ts_calibrate. However in normal operation the pointer is very jumpy. It acts as if there are multiple touch and release actions occuring very rapidly.

      Vince,

We have not seen this activity in our testing using the BBB. What Linux version are you using? (We will attempt to re-create here.)

Have you attempted to use our SD card image and test with that?
