(Follow up post)The SOMDIMM-LPC2478 design and PCB layout supports up to 32MB of memory. With a minimum purchase quantity commitment, FDI would be happy to build a larger memory version of the SOMDIMM-LPC2478 for your use. Please let us know what quantity you would need. However, if all you need to do is prototype for development purposes, then we can provide you with a part number for the 32MB device that could be purchased and reworked onto the SOMDIMM-LPC2478 that you already have.
